For the fingerprint:

1. You should install the small film sticker on the front cover from inside the screen protector at where the fingerprint sensor located then put the phone and install the case then press hard make sure the firm sticks good with no bubbles.

2. Delete your previous fingerprint and go to settings in display and make sure your touch sensitivity is on.

3. Then go to fingerprint settings and add your fingerprint and it will work great!
