After purchasing this service, you must post your faulty straightener to our repair workshop.

SiriusHair provides an independent UK postal repair service for selected older GHD hair straighteners, including Classic, Mini, Salon and Max Wide models.
Our technician will assess your straightener and carry out an eligible repair where possible. Following a successful repair, the appliance will undergo appropriate checks and functional testing before being returned to you.
Please check the model number printed on your straightener and select the correct model from the listing options.
Original GHD MK3 straightener. This selection covers the 3.0 and 3.1B models, including the pink version.
GHD Classic straightener. Model identification: 4.0B.

GHD straighteners have been produced in different versions, body colours and limited-edition designs. Your straightener may therefore look slightly different from the example shown in the listing photographs.
The important detail is the model number printed on your own straightener.
For example, the original GHD MK3 models may be marked 3.0 or 3.1B. Both are included under the GHD 3 / MK3 repair option.
Similarly, the GHD Salon Styler models SS4.0 and SS4.2 are covered by the same listing option.
Where we state that all colours or limited editions are covered, this refers to the listed model regardless of its exterior colour or decorative finish.
The model number is normally located on an identification label on the inside of one of the straightener arms. The label photographs are illustrative examples; other printed details and electrical specifications may differ.

Repairs are subject to the condition of the appliance, parts availability and whether the fault can be repaired safely.

Make sure your straightener is unplugged and completely cool. Pack it securely in a sturdy box with suitable protective packaging.
Send your faulty straightener to the repair address below. Please use a tracked postal service and retain your proof of posting. You are responsible for the cost of sending the appliance to us.
Our technician will assess the fault and carry out the covered repair where possible, followed by appropriate checks and functional testing.
Following a successful repair, your straightener will be securely packaged and returned using the tracked postal service included with your selected repair option.

priority handling includes Royal Mail Tracked 24
return delivery.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next-day service. Repair completion times may vary depending on the fault, parts availability and condition of the appliance.
The standard repair service does not include:
If your straightener is found to be beyond repair, we will contact you to discuss the available options.
Successful repairs include a 3-month repair warranty covering the work carried out and eligible faults arising from that repair during normal use.
The warranty does not cover unrelated faults, accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, cosmetic damage or damage caused by subsequent unauthorised repairs.
Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
