Dog clip clasp is slightly magnetic at the internal steel spring only. This is normal on antique gold chains because the spring is steel.

Hallmark is clear 9CT. Chain is real 9CT gold, not gold filled. Length is 13 1/4 inches, good for bracelet, pocket watch chain, or short necklace.
