Slight swirl marks, surface variations, or other small differences may sometimes be present. These are normal characteristics of the handmade process and should not be considered defects.

Packaging & Handling

Each belt is carefully packed in a 12 × 12 × 3 inch box, with the strap folded for shipping. After receiving your belt, we recommend laying it flat for a few hours to allow the strap to settle back into its proper shape.

Crystal Belts

For belts featuring crystals, a few crystals may occasionally come loose during shipping. This can happen with crystal belts and can be easily repaired using a small amount of suitable glue.

Please note: Claims for crystals that come loose during shipping will not be accepted.
