one on the left was removed from a working set-up (one with all its tabs). the one on the right IDK, and some of the grounding tabs are missing seen in the pics. all are of the same connector (like a bus bar) will not affect operation or anything. probably works just fine. still sold as a repair unit. you will get both units.
