Horizon Forbidden West Launch Edition for Sony PlayStation 4 (PS4).

Like new condition. Includes both original game discs, original artwork, and insert as pictured.

PLEASE NOTE: The plastic retaining clip that holds the second disc in place has broken off. The disc itself appears to be in excellent condition. This is a cosmetic issue with the packaging, not the disc.

Both discs are included. Please review all photos for exact condition and contents.

Any included bonus content or digital codes are not guaranteed to be valid or unused.
