1883 Maison Routin Green Apple Syrup
Crafted in the French Alps, 1883 Maison Routin brings 140+ years of French syrup-making expertise to every bottle. This Green Apple Syrup delivers a crisp, tart fruit flavour for cocktails, mocktails, sparkling drinks, sodas, desserts and creative serves, with dependable performance trusted by bartenders and drink creators worldwide.

Made for Crisp, Refreshing Serves
Green apple brings bright fruit character and lively tartness to drinks that need freshness and balance. It pairs naturally with elderflower, ginger, caramel, cinnamon, mint, lime, vodka and sparkling mixers, adding a sharp apple note without making the serve feel heavy. Its vivid flavour works across bar, café and kitchen applications.

How to Use It
Shake with vodka and elderflower for an Apple Martini-style cocktail, or mix with gin, ginger and soda water for a crisp green apple spritz. For non-alcoholic drinks, combine with sparkling water, lime and mint, or stir into lemonade, iced tea and soda. In the kitchen, use in apple tart glazes, fruit dressings, sorbet bases, dessert sauces or caramel apple-inspired recipes.

French Expertise, Consistent Quality
Made without artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, this syrup reflects 1883 Maison Routin’s focus on quality ingredients, aromatic precision and reliable results across drink and culinary applications.
