in English:

The item is in used condition. Please refer to the photo(s)—they show the actual model.

Please note: This is a collector’s item, not a toy, and is not suitable for children under 14 years of age. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

Please note that in addition to the winning bid price, shipping costs will be added. I'll try to ship the package via DHL or Hermes as inexpensively as possible while ensuring it arrives safely. Please wait for the invoice with the detailed shipping costs.

You can also accumulate purchases over several days to save on shipping costs—please wait for the final invoice, as you’ll only be charged shipping once even if you win multiple auctions. In any case, please send me a quick message so I know you’d like to bid on additional articles. I’ll send a new invoice after each additional item is added. As soon as payment is received, I’ll ship the model(s).

Note: eBay always displays the shipping costs for all won items added individually. Therefore, please do not pay until you have received the final invoice from me. I ship paid items immediately or within 2 days at the latest.

I’m happy to answer questions, but as a private seller, I cannot offer any warranty or guarantee. Please bid only if you agree to these terms.

I try to provide all information to the best of my knowledge. This private auction is subject to the exclusions of warranty, liability, and guarantee under EU law. However, a return is still possible if I happen to have overlooked something. No liability for damage during shipping.

Note: In some cases, the model is photographed alongside another model, a harbor building, or similar object for size comparison. These items are not included in the listing. If in doubt, please ask.

And now, have fun bidding!
