Vintage Pflueger Bull Dog Fishing Tackle Wooden Tube & Cork Arbor Collection

Offered here is a large original group of vintage Pflueger fishing tackle wooden tubes and cork arbors from an old fishing tackle collection.

The group includes numerous original Pflueger Bull Dog wooden containers with surviving factory paper labels. Represented patterns include Carlisle, Kirby and Cincinnati Bass (Cinn. Bass) in a variety of sizes. Also included are several unlabeled wooden tubes/containers and vintage Pflueger Cork Arbors used on Pflueger fishing reel spools.

Labels show original Pflueger catalog numbers including No. 8921 Carlisle, No. 8721 Kirby and No. 9021 Cincinnati Bass examples. The pieces are marked Made in U.S.A.

These are vintage used pieces showing age, handling, discoloration, staining, label wear/loss, cracks, splits and other storage wear. Several of the cork arbor pieces show cracking and deterioration. Some wooden containers no longer retain their original labels. Contents, if any, have not been inventoried or guaranteed. Please study all photographs carefully for exact contents and condition.

A great group for the collector of early Pflueger tackle, antique fishing equipment, vintage fish hooks, advertising, tackle-store displays or early American sporting goods.

Sold together as one lot exactly as photographed.
