| 01 WAREHOUSES & COMBINED SHIPPING |
CHECK ITEM LOCATION
We operate two warehouses in mainland China and Hong Kong. Please check the Item location before requesting combined shipping. Items from different warehouses cannot be combined.
SEPARATE WAREHOUSE INVOICES
If you have won auctions or purchased items from both warehouses, we can assist with invoicing. We recommend requesting two separate invoices, one for each warehouse. We understand that this process requires additional coordination; please contact us through eBay messages with any questions.
5-DAY COMBINED SHIPPING & REFUNDS
We support combined shipping for items from the same warehouse within 5 days of your order date. Message us when your purchases are complete, and we will arrange consolidation. If shipping has already been paid separately on the relevant orders, contact us to request a refund of any excess shipping charges.

| 04 DELIVERY SERVICES |

Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan: SF Express for all order values. Other destinations: Orders below $500 with fewer than 30 items use SpeedPAK or SF Express where available; otherwise, a commercial courier applies. | 05 INVOICING & PAYMENT |
|
Combined invoices: Complete purchases within the 5-day consolidation period and request an adjusted invoice before payment. Chinese public holidays: Payment may be made at the listed individual shipping rates. Eligible excess shipping charges will be refunded upon request after service resumes. Orders unpaid for more than 7 days are automatically canceled. The system deadline cannot be extended or overridden.

| 06 CARD CONDITION |
|
Cards are listed as Excellent (EX), not Near Mint (NM). Flawless condition is not guaranteed. Images are captured by scanner or macro photography. Visible defects are generally shown; minor imperfections may not be fully represented. Review all images before bidding. Request a condition inspection before purchase where required, particularly for high-value cards.

| 07 RETURNS & CLAIMS |
|
Cards and sealed boxes are not returnable for change of mind, market price movements or dissatisfaction with random contents. Incorrect, transit-damaged or misdescribed items must be reported through eBay with supporting photographs. Claims are handled under applicable eBay policies. These terms do not limit rights under the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

Supplied contents are as pictured. One Touch holders and accompanying accessories shown in the listing are included. Protective materials are selected according to card quantity, thickness and value, including toploaders, protective cases and reinforced boxes.

| 09 TAXES & CUSTOMS |

High-value commercial shipments: Import duties and taxes are normally included, subject to the confirmed shipping arrangement. Other shipments: Applicable destination import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Taxes collected by eBay appear in the order details. Eligible EU orders: We transmit eBay’s IOSS information to the carrier; buyers need not supply an IOSS number. Recipients must provide identification or local tax details where required for clearance. Additional tax requests on confirmed duty-paid orders, or suspected duplicate charges, should be referred to us for verification. TAIWAN — RECIPIENT REQUIREMENTS Complete EZ WAY registration and identity verification before purchase.
