From the Daughters of the confederacy Cape Fear chapter. Has a copy of the telegram received by capt. JM WALKER sent by Governor Z. B. VANCE and notes from colonel PETER MALLETT. (Doctor)

A really nice and clean Historical item. Measures 14.5” by 7.5” (framed).

Needs a wire to be hung. A few scuffs on frame. Otherwise fine.
