All mattresses are delivered in roll and vacuum packaging for convenient transportation and handling.

Important Opening Information

  • We strongly advise opening the mattress within 7 days of delivery.
  • Fresh foam may release a temporary chemical scent when first opened.
  • This is a normal part of the production process and is completely safe.
  • The scent will disappear once the mattress has been properly aired.

Fast & Free Delivery

We use a national carrier for quick deliveries throughout eligible areas of the United Kingdom.

  • Free delivery is available to eligible Mainland UK locations.
  • Couriers generally deliver between 7am and 9pm.
  • The day before delivery, you may receive a text or eBay message with a delivery time.
  • Delivery times cannot be chosen and are based on courier delivery routes.
  • Guaranteed delivery times cannot be provided; delivery times are estimates.
  • Any delivery changes must be made within 48 hours before scheduled delivery.
  • Deliveries are made to the communal door of the property.
  • Couriers are not authorised to take items further inside the property.
  • Upon accepting the order, you confirm that the item has been received in good condition.

Mainland UK Delivery Exclusions

Free delivery is available to Mainland UK only. The following postcode areas do not qualify for free delivery:

AB, IM, BT, DD, DG, FK, TD, TR, PA, PO, PH, IV, KW

We do not offer delivery to offshore islands or certain non-mainland locations, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and the Channel Islands.

Peace of Mind: Your item will be delivered fully insured and, in the rare event of delivery damage, an appropriate replacement will be arranged in accordance with our policy.

Important Information

  • We reserve the right to change the fabric at any time due to supply and demand issues. The density and quality of the fabric remain unchanged.
  • Next working day delivery is available only for products ordered before 1pm, subject to location and delivery availability.
  • Fresh foam may release a chemical scent on opening. This is a normal part of production, is completely safe and will disappear once the mattress is aired.
  • We strongly advise opening the mattress within 7 days of delivery because it is vacuum packed.

Returns Policy

14-Day Returns

Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase. The customer is liable for return postage charges where the return is due to a change of mind.

Changed Your Mind?

Please contact Royal Dream Beds through eBay messaging and we will advise you on the returns process.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us promptly. We will offer an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable, provided the item is returned within 14 days of receiving it.
