Have a lovely Hutschenreuther Germany Penguin family in excellent displayed condition - no chips, cracks or breaks.  Does have a couple of tiny superficial glaze scratches.

All items are packaged with great care however any damage in shipping must be handled through the appropriate shipping company. I will assist you in filling out any paperwork necessary for you to receive your claim refund.  In the event this occurs, please save all packages/packaging/pieces, etc until the claim is finalized.
