Yes I know the other half of the pennant is missing- why someone would cut it in half I have no idea- but - this full pennant is about $5000 now- this is a pretty nice piece to have if you can’t have the whole thing- yellow strip is about 11 inches long - from a full size pennant. I can take it out of the frame and mail it for $6 or with the frame mail it for $30……thanks
