For sale in this ad is a very clean, used JDM Non-EGR spec 1993 Mk2 Toyota MR2 Turbo Gen2 3SGTE cylinder head assembly complete with dual camshafts, cam towers, valves and all the other components shown in the listing pictures. The exhaust manifold mounting face for this head has 9 exhaust studs. This is the later Gen2.5 3SGTE with 9 studs for the exhaust manifold. Earlier MR2 Gen2 3SGTE cylinder heads have only 7 stud hole manifolds. As such this Gen2 3SGTE engine is the the final iteration of the Gen2 3SGTE engine offered in the MR2 and is exclusive to 1992 model year & early 1993 model year JDM MR2's. Mileage on this complete cylinder head is very low at only just over 74,000 miles. This head can be installed on any Gen2 3SGTE engine block but it's specifically designed for the JDM 1992 - 1993 Toyota MR2 models and USDM 1993 - 1995 Toyota MR2 Turbo 's as these later iteration, redesigned 3SGTE's use the 9 stud hole exhaust manifold.
