This is an older ASCO Red-Hat industrial solenoid valve manufactured by Automatic Switch Co., Florham Park, New Jersey.

The valve shows normal cosmetic wear from age, previous use and storage. The identification plate has considerable wear but the 832422 catalog number is still visible. Wiring leads have been cut/stripped.
