This item is pre-owned but in fair condition. There are signs of use including scuff marks on wood. On each side of the wood are holes, not sure what the intent for those. There is a stain on the background material of the poster. A stain is also noticed on the back of the frame. This is an advertising poster for Hercules Powder Co.
