On offer, we have the "Double Suicide" poster designed by David Lance Goines. This Samurai scene is an off-set lithograph. It is pencil signed "58/300: David Lance Goines 1982". In an acrylic frame, this measures 25" X 19" x 1" and weighs 2 pounds.
About the artist: "David Lance Goines (May 29, 1945 – February 19, 2023), was an American artist, calligrapher, printmaker, typographer, printing entrepreneur, and author. He was born in Grants Pass, Oregon, the oldest of eight children. His father was a civil engineer and his mother a calligrapher and artist." (Invaluable.com)
This is in excellent condition. The poster is bold, bright, clean and clear. I see no flaws. The acrylic frame has a faux wood design that has some scuffs. The plastic over the poster could use a cleaning; but, I'm not sure what should be used. As I am not an expert on art, please view my photographs for more description.
