The Left Side: Features a complete, pristine mint condition souvenir sheet of twelve 17¢ stamps. It displays the unique flags of Canada's ten provinces and two territories (Yukon and Northwest Territories) as they existed in 1979.

The Right Side: Displays First Day Covers (FDCs). These are commemorative envelopes featuring beautifully illustrated cachets (portraits of historical figures and landscapes) matching specific provinces like Manitoba and British Columbia. Each cover is stamped and canceled with the official "First Day of Issue" postmark from Ottawa, dated 15.VI.79 (June 15, 1979).
