PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

1 Not suitable for gasoline, alcohol, liquefied gas and high viscosity motor oil with low flash point

2 Before use, confirm whether the power supply and the oil pump voltage are consistent

3 The power supply of the DC oil pump is divided into (+) (-) poles, the red line is the positive pole, otherwise the oil pump will reverse and no oil will be produced

4 The oil inlet and outlet pipes are shown by the arrows, and the oil inlet pipes and joints must not leak to ensure the suction stroke.

5 Remember to install the filter screen on the oil inlet pipe to avoid the hard debris being sucked into the pump cavity and damage the pump core. The vanes should always remove the dirt on the surface of the filter screen, otherwise the filter screen will be blocked and the flow will be reduced and the pump will be damaged.

6 The oil pump can work continuously, and the idling without oil should not exceed 5 minutes to avoid damage to the oil seal of the pump core and the friction and heat of the blades.

7 In order to ensure the service life of the oil pump, it is recommended to stop for a while after working continuously for 20 minutes
