Terms & Conditions

 

• Any parts correctly supplied (should be returned to us within 7 days) are subject to a 25% handling charge and original postage price will not be refunded. All applicable parts are tested before sending them out so are fully working when sent. If your item has a fault please get in touch, this guarantee covers parts only and does not cover any labour charges or any other fault arising from the fitting of the part. Private courier delivery* may be offered on some high value items.  

• Items are used and therefore may show signs of wear and tear not immediately apparent in a photo, please bare this in mind when purchasing, please study the photos and if unsure please request more, these will be provided where possible. Most items are NOT inspected internally and only visually. Testing on applicable electronic and mechanical items is completed prior to removal. Items such as the following - Tires, bulbs, fuses, sensors of all kind (unless specified) installed or otherwise are not warrantied, given FOC, recommended to be replaced prior to installation and are untested. Returns will not be accepted for general "wear and tear" on a used part or failure to check or replace any listed parts as above before use. Item condition notes**, if available, will be shown below. 

• Delivery & Damages - All items are security marked, returns that attempt to defraud eBay and TMS will be reported to the authorities and blocked from all future purchases. Panels inc Bonnets & Doors are covered by a maximum £25 transit insurance, Panels inc Boot Lids, Doors & Bonnets (where possible) are shipped with a courier to avoid damage and are subject to extended delivery times 3-5 working days. One failed delivery attempt is acceptable for returns due to damage, multiple delivery attempts result in high risk of transit damage, please ensure you are aware of your tracking data and are available to accept deliveries first time to avoid disappointment. Transit damage claims need to be notified within the first 24 hours of delivery (photos of damaged item & packaging must be provided) otherwise they will be declined/void. Deliveries must be accepted at the address/by the addressee on the order, damage claims/returns where the delivery has been accepted and held by a 3rd party, not at the address/or the addressee, will be rejected immediately/void. For damages we required "An image showing the damage, another showing the outside of the packaging, finally one image of the of the package where packaging and postage label & item are visible." Failure to provide these photos will result in delays or refusal of refund for damage. By continuing to proceed with this purchase you are agreeing to these delivery terms and the terms above. 

• Alloys/Tyres - All Alloy Wheels/Rims are sent at "Buyers Risk" and uninsured. We recommend collection wherever possible to avoid disappointment. Tyres unless sold separately as "Pre-worn" are included with all alloy wheels free of charge and are deemed "uninspected and not fit for use". By continuing to proceed with this purchase you are agreeing to these delivery terms and the terms above.  

• Engines/Gearboxes – NOT SUITABLE FOR EBAY GLOBAL SHIPPING (WEIGHT WILL EXCEED 30KG) Please be aware these items are subject to extended delivery timescales. We do not receive next day pallet collections in our rural area. If you need a faster service, please get in touch prior (further costs may apply) or feel free to arrange your own collection (agreement in advance).  Items such as the following - Sensors of all kind (unless specified) installed or otherwise, spark plugs, glow plugs, air filters, oil filters, fuel filters, cam belts, aux belts, turbo cartridges, actuators, timing chains, oil pumps, drive chains, all gaskets (unless specified), oils and fluids are not warrantied, given FOC, recommended to be replaced prior to installation and are untested. Warranty on used engines applies to bare block & head only. No internal moving parts are covered. Warranty on used gearboxes applies to casings, castings, shaft couplings (where fitted) and external linkages only. No internal moving parts are covered. These items are not "reconditioned or refurbished" unless otherwise stated and may require detailed inspection of internal parts, replacement of worn items and repairs where necessary. Engines will be identified as "non running" if it has been confirmed so in "regular" test conditions, “running” engines are tested when fitted to the donor vehicle prior to removal. Any obvious smoke, knocks or bangs will be noted in listing.
