I am unsure of origin, but most Snuff bottles are from China. This Bottle is very similar to the bottles that were donated by a collector to the Princess Diana Exhibit in Las Vegas, House of Live.

It is hand painted in the inside and has beautiful detail.  The size is approximately 3.5 inches tall x 2.5 inches wide by .787 inches thick/depth.
