Warm tips:

You need to adjust it to the highest gear to heat 3-5 minutes when you firstly use the stove, in order to evaporate the protective film on the surface. Maybe it will produce a bit smoke or special smell, it is normal phenomenon;

Don’t put too big container on it; It is best if the size of container is the same as hot plate.

The speed of heating depends on gear, but also related to the material of container. For example, iron container is quicker than ceramic container.
