Comes with 4 pieces: 1 standard pillowcase, 1 full fitted sheet, 1 full sheet and 1 full comforter. The pillowcase is off-white and somewhat discolored from use. The sheets are in good shape and have some minor faded staining. The comforter has some staining and some fabric runs. Overall the set is in good shape for it's age and it is from a smoke-free home.
