Allow me to create your own unique and personalized pencil portrait of your beloved pets and animals. A unique handmade portrait for yourself or an ideal gift for your friends, family, or someone very special in your life. 

All my pencil drawings are 100% hand-drawn by myself from your supplied photographs using Faber-Castell Procolor pencils and Derwent black and grey watercolour pencils on white 188g watercolor paper (they are not digital drawings or prints). Commissions come in many different sizes starting from 6" x 4" upto 16.5" x 11.75" (A3), please choose your size from the drop-down menu. Please note the finished original does not include a mount or frame.

You can send your photo(s) to me via Ebay message, ideally before you purchase the commission, so that I can take a look to see if they are suitable or if you are not sure on the quality. Please note, the commission is for personal portraits only, I do not offer copyright for business use, and the photo needs to be either your own photo, copyright-free or you have permission to use. If in any doubt or you have any questions please message me.

Photo quality - The better the quality of the photo, the better the drawing will turn out. For a good quality photo try and go for a high resolution image, in good lighting and in a nice pose would be ideal, although I can work with most photos. If in any doubt, just send me a message and I'll let you know.

Completion time - the portrait will be ready in about 2-3 weeks or sooner after the photos and payment has been received, depending on the level of detail required and my waiting list. If you need it sooner for a special occasion, please check with me before placing your order. I will contact you before I begin, and send you a rough mock-up of how I'll be doing the portrait, and when you are happy to proceed I will begin on the drawing. 

When the portrait is completed I will send you a preview jpg via Ebay message for you to approve. Once you are happy with the portrait I will then send it out to you. If I don't hear back, the portrait will be sent and no alterations can be made. All commissioned portraits are signed by myself in the lower right-hand corner, and on the back with the date but I can sign on the back only if that is preferred. If you would like me to add anything else like the pets name, just let me know.

The portrait is sent from the United Kingdom, and is sent securely flat-packed between thick plastic stiffeners in either a hard-backed envelope or a bubble-wrap envelope to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All originals are sent via recorded / special delivery or international tracked using first class Royal Mail. If you live in the UK, delivery is usually 1-2 days, outside the UK is 10-20 days for delivery, but it can be longer for international orders. The item can be tracked via the tracking number added to the Ebay invoice when it is sent.

Returns - I only accept returns if the item is damaged, or not as described upon delivery. I do not accept returns once work has begun on the commission or if you have a change of mind on delivery.
