Indramat TDM 1.2 servo drive module for a compatible MAC servo system. The photographed controller and programming-module labels identify the 30 A W0 version, with a fitted MOD 2/1X016-017 programming module.
- Manufacturer catalogue ratings: 300 V DC link ±15%, 30 A peak and 25 A continuous current, 9 kW type power.
- Natural convection cooling, IP10 protection and approximate net mass of 9 kg. Rated ambient operating range +5 to +45°C.
- The drive requires the appropriate system supply and control connections. It is not a standalone mains-input inverter.
- Programming-module settings depend on the motor and application; match all labels and the installation drawing before ordering.
Compatibility and installation
The motor and controller types specified on the programming module must match the installed system. An incompatible combination can cause damage or incorrect operation. Installation, wiring and commissioning require a qualified person following the Indramat TDM/KDS manual. Isolate all supplies, verify the DC link is discharged and provide the required protective enclosure and ventilation before work. The manufacturer’s TDM/KDS instructions show a discharge time greater than one minute and warn never to remove or install the bus plug while voltage is applied. The supply-module output voltage must not exceed the controller’s input rating. Follow the attached original Indramat applications manual, DOK-ANAX**-TDM+KDS+MAC-AW02-EN-P, including the matching module and system instructions.
