SHIPPING:

We ship from our facility in Saratoga Springs, UT.

We ship using both USPS and UPS depending on the most economical method.  Items are guaranteed to arrive undamaged, or we will refund your money entirely and send you a prepaid label to return the item.  In some cases, we may issue a partial refund and not require a return.  This will always be up to you, the customer. 

International shipping is accomplished exclusively through eBay's Global Shipping Program.  This offers you the most protection.

We always offer combined shipping to save you shipping costs.  Please request an invoice at checkout for multiple item purchases and we will calculate the best possible price.  In some cases, additional items may not increase the shipping costs.  In the unlikely event that it is best to ship large items in separate boxes, we will still offer discounts on additional packages.  Our goal is to keep the cost as low as possible on shipping.  We will never hide or disguise profits in our shipping costs!  You can trust that shipping costs only include the real cost of shipping and a small charge for packaging.
