Duvet has a small stain on the bottom and some pulled strings.  The seam that goes down the sides needs to be ironed, it has the after wash look that Linen gets.  These flaws are hard to notice if you weren't focusing on them but they are there. Theres some loose threads on the side of the buttons where its been pulled on too hard getting the insert out.
