It’s a USB-C rechargeable battery designed for the original Canon Scoopic 16. It has a capacity of 1200mAh and charges at up to 2A. A red light indicates that it is charging, and a blue light indicates that it is fully charged.
The battery has a built-in 7806 voltage regulator to convert the 12V to the 6V required by the Scoopic’s EE.
The 7806
draws around 5mA when idling, so it will discharge within a few days.
The battery also has a built-in BMS to protect the cells from
overcharging and over-discharging.
