This item is disbound, removed from a larger binding with wear/remnants to the spine. The text-block is worn, with a few pages/signatures (groups of pages,) loosening or loose but present. The contents are bright and generally clean, but with a small black stain to the bottom, outer corner of the pages throughout. This item has illustrations, including fold-out illustrations, some maps. This is A. C. Peale's report ONLY, not the entire "Hayden's Survey"
