Payment

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within the stated handling time after cleared payment. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

Tracking is provided with every shipment.

A re-shipping charge applies if a parcel is returned as uncollected.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. For an item that arrives defective, please provide photos.

We cannot accept a return for damage to the packaging only.

All parcels are declared as merchandise at their full value. We do not undervalue items or mark them as gifts.
