These have been tested and are working in wired direct connection fine using 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable included 

I believe the battery will need to be replaced to use the BT and Noise Canceling modes

Update info:

I have managed to charge these and they power on however I can not get the BT to work at all, and I'm unsure if Noise Canceling is works either

Good phones using the cable mode only
