Pair of attractive Märklin HO gauge tank wagons comprising:

* Shell AG Hamburg yellow petroleum tanker with DB markings.

* Ciba-Geigy blue/grey chemical tanker with SBB-CFF Swiss railway markings.

These are later Märklin versions with finely detailed underframes, metal wheels, ladders, walkways and Märklin couplings.

Both wagons are in very good used condition overall, especially compared with many older examples, with clean tanks, strong lettering and logos and only minor signs of previous handling/use.

The Ciba-Geigy tanker is particularly nice and has excellent detailing and presentation. Both appear complete with their railings, ladders and coupling assemblies from what can be seen.

Please study all photographs carefully for exact condition and completeness.

For eBay, I would definitely keep these separate from the older worn Märklin tankers. Their cleaner condition and later detailing should make a much stronger pair rather than diluting them into a large mixed job lot.

Please check pictures as they might have small pieces missing or lose that could require gluing and some dust.
