The door itself did come to me with no door knob or catchment  hold fast latch. There has been no structural alteration  to the door or frame,   but is now supplied with a  door knob that is not ment to turn , a latch bar and catchment rail. Having a  good clearance in the door hinge holes allows the door to be lifted slightly  to just clear the thin wall mount catchment  plate rail.The door knob with all its bits are very easy to remove if required.
