This belt is offered in 1 inch, 1.25 inch and1.5 inch. The 1.25-inch version has a slightly more formal appearance.
By default, I apply thread locker to the screws to help prevent them from loosening over time. If you would prefer that I do not apply it, please let me know before ordering.
The belt loop is stitched using Ritza 25 Tiger Thread, a 100% polyester, lightly waxed, braided thread widely regarded as the strongest and most durable option for leather sewing. This thread is preferred by professional leatherworkers for its UV resistance, strength, and ability to lie flat against the leather, making it ideal for belts, bags, wallets, and other leather goods.
For reference, I have my Thursday Tobacco Captains, Arizona Adobe, and Vintage Tobacco boots. I also included my old, broken-in Red Wing Iron Rangers in Amber Harness.
Belt Sizing Guide
Important note: Do not order your belt size based on traditional sizing. Belt sizes can differ significantly from standard sizing, so it’s best to measure the belt’s circumference before purchase to ensure a proper fit.
To ensure the best fit, please refer to the last photo for measurement guidance.
Belt sizes are measured from the point where the leather folds around the buckle (not including the buckle itself) to the center hole. For example, if you order a size 32 belt, the distance from the fold to the middle hole will be 32 inches.
Each belt comes standard with 7 holes, spaced 1 inch apart. The center hole is your true size, with additional holes on either side for adjustment. If you would like more or fewer holes, I can customize that upon request.
For the most accurate fit, use a tape measure to measure from the fold of your current belt to the hole you use most often. Order that measurement as your belt size, and I will make that your center hole.
If you need a size not listed, feel free to contact me and I can custom make a belt for you.
Since each belt is made to order, please allow a few days for production before shipping.
Returns are accepted as long as the belt is unused and in its original condition.
