Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your order within 14 days, and in many cases, it will arrive even sooner. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. After ordering, our courier will contact you by phone to arrange a convenient delivery date and time. Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number at checkout. On the day of delivery, you’ll also receive full tracking information, so you can follow your order right to your door.
Delivery Surcharge
Please refer to the last image in the listing for our postcode delivery map. The map shows areas that qualify for free delivery, postcodes where a courier surcharge applies, and any locations we are unable to deliver to. By placing your order, you confirm that you have checked the delivery map and accept any applicable courier surcharge for your postcode. Any surcharge is payable directly to the courier as we are not involved in this payment process.
Missed Delivery
If you agree to a delivery but are not present at the agreed time, we reserve the right to re-deliver at our convenience, and a surcharge may be payable to the courier upon re-delivery.
Delivery Terms
Delivery is to the ground floor, to your room of choice, provided it is easily accessible. If delivery is required above or below ground level, a surcharge may apply and is payable directly to the courier. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all ordered items can be safely delivered to the intended location. Please ensure that all doorways, hallways, staircases, and access routes are suitable for the furniture being delivered, and that there is sufficient space in the room for delivery. All items must be unpacked and inspected before signing the delivery note. Any damage or shortages must be clearly recorded on the courier’s paperwork at the time of delivery. Claims for transit damage cannot be accepted once the goods have been signed for without noting any issues. While our couriers take every care during delivery, we cannot accept liability for accidental damage to property incurred while carrying goods into your premises. If delivery is refused for any reason other than confirmed transit damage, the customer will be responsible for the original delivery costs and any return shipping charges.
