We offer a complete BMW N13B16A replacement engine supply and fitting service from our fully equipped workshop in Halstead, Essex.
We supply a tested used donor N13B16A engine, remove your existing engine and install the replacement.
However, we don't simply fit a used engine straight into your vehicle.
Before installation, the donor engine undergoes preventative maintenance and servicing, including a new timing chain and tensioner, sump and oil pick-up cleaning, injector cleaning and a full oil and filter service.

The condition of a replacement engine is extremely important.
Rather than simply fitting a used donor engine as received, we carry out important preventative work while the engine is out of the vehicle and before installation.
The timing chain and tensioner are replaced, the sump is removed and cleaned, the oil pick-up system is cleaned and the injectors are cleaned.
The replacement engine is then installed with fresh engine oil, new oil filter, new air filter and fresh coolant.
This gives you the benefit of a tested replacement engine combined with important preventative maintenance before it goes into your BMW.
This service is intended for BMW vehicles fitted with the N13B16A 1.6 turbo petrol engine, including applicable BMW 1 Series F20/F21 models.
