- Please abide by eBay Rules and don't send private request offers. That is against eBay rules! If I wanted offers, I would put up a "Best Offer".
- I am not Amazon. I have a full-time job and do this on the side PLEASE read handling time! Please don't send messages "When is my item shipping" I have stated that in the description!
- If it hasn't shipped after 7 days, then contact me asking when it is shipping. Most items ship by Wed and Thurs.
- Bidders with less than 10 feedback are susceptible to having their bids cancelled unless you contact me and ask to bid.
- - If you bid and want to cancel your bid you need to take care of yourself don’t send emails asking to cancel your bid. Also, bids can’t be cancelled under 12hrs so I can’t even do that. You own the item at that point.
SHIPPING
I DO combine shipping for auctions won as well! I do require that you pay for all items up front and I will refund the shipping not used. This makes it easier for me and gets you faster shipping. There is a 5 day handling time as listed in the shipping detail area. Weekends & Holidays don't count as handling days only business days Mon-Fri. Seems people are missing that.
I do not accept returns!!! By bidding on this auction, you acknowledge this policy and forfeit any request to return the item. Free shipping on one auction does not get you free shipping on multiple auctions won. It only applies to that one auction. Also, if you feel the need for extra insurance that is on you and you need to contact me to have that added USPS only covers up to $100 dollars.
Nonpaying bidder cases are opened after 2 days as I have had a lot of people not paying.
Manufactured Items
If you buy an item that is sealed and brand new in the box, I am not responsible for missing pieces, or item not working that is in a sealed box. This goes for all Brand-New items that I sell and that are labeled as New, Never Opened etc. You need to contact the manufacturer for a replacement part or complete replacement if an item is missing in the box or not working. I can’t control items that are missing pieces or may not work that are in a sealed box. That is on the company not me. No need to leave negative feedback on an item that a manufacturer is responsible for. This includes all sealed Lego items! They have a replacement system, and you the buyer need to seek replacement for missing pieces or bags from them directly.
Also, common sense should dictate that when buying a vintage 20+ years old collectible item sealed in a box, may not work either if you decide to open it ad use it that is on you.

Ebay May 13, 2026 Buyer Rule
Starting May 13, 2026, eBay US will prohibit buyers from canceling winning auction bids, making all auction wins final to reduce unpaid items and protect seller revenue. While buyers can still message sellers to request a cancellation, sellers are not obligated to approve them and can enforce the final sale.
Key Details of the Rule Change:
No "Cancel" Button: The option for buyers to cancel a winning bid will be removed in the US, making the purchase final upon winning.
Scope: This applies strictly to regular auction-style listings on the eBay US site, not "Buy It Now" or eBay Live sales.
Reasoning: eBay is implementing this to prevent disruption to sales, protect item value, and reduce the overhead of managing non-paying buyers.
This change is aimed at increasing seller confidence in running auctions, ensuring that winning bidders follow through with payments.
