Condition

This watch is in used condition and shows normal wear consistent with its age (late 1980s–early 1990s):

• The case and bracelet have visible scratches, scuffs, and signs of wear, particularly on the bracelet links and case edges.

• The dial, hands, and crystal appear clean and original.

• The chronograph pushers and crown function.

• Important note about the bezel: The bezel currently rotates in both directions. On the original Chronomat 81.950 the bezel is designed to be unidirectional (one-way rotation with ratcheting clicks). This is a common age-related issue on these models, usually caused by wear of the internal click spring or mechanism. The bezel still turns smoothly and the four rider tabs are intact and present.
