Lot #2 is Vintage 1978 Pioneer brand, Garfield the Cat ,  cartoon  party supplies,  here is a factory sealed box of 12 printed Garfield latex ( rubber)  balloons, in new old stock, MIB , unused, unopened,  in new condition  , The box has a fold open comic strip panel on the backside of the box.    New/   unused condition , box/ packaging has moderate wear.  this is a fully licensed  Garfield  item.   See all pics.
