AI says....This is a vintage 1964 Automatic Electric (AE / GTE) 3-slot payphone upper housing and rotary dial assembly, featuring an authentic period telco conversion with a Western Electric 425B internal network block. Constructed with a heavy black painted steel body, top chrome 3-slot coin entrance (5¢, 10¢, 25¢), large rotary dial, push coin release, and lower chrome faceplate with vault lock. Interior mechanics are well preserved with original AE parts (stamped "A E" terminal plate, P-series components, single-bell chime gong) alongside the 1964 dated WE network. In solid vintage condition with authentic patina, paint chips, and edge wear from genuine service.
