I made this myself with cotton flannel fabric in pink blocks with cute bears . The long sleeves are trimmed with white and pastel floral lace and have elastic. The bodice front is trimmed with white and pastel floral lace. I sewed a pink ribbon bow and rose to the front. The bodice is fully lined with three metal snaps sewn on the back. The matching bonnet I trimmed with white lace and. It has pink ribbon ties.
All visible seams are finished with a serger.
