This is a little silverplate restaurant tabletop creamer from the Hotel Fort Des Moines.  It actually says "stolen"!  It also has 1 1/2, Albert Pick & Company of Chicago.  The creamer is 2" tall and 1 1/2" across the widest spot.  

Condition is good.  It has a small dent and a patch of tiny rough spots, with some discoloration on the very bottom.
