Everything is sold as is. Nothing has ever been used. Most locks have keys some do not and one that I know of; needs a cylinder. I’ve included the labeled keys; I have not the time to sort this out and can not tell you if the keys are for these padlocks however it was boxed together. Most are vintage and made In the USA!
