• Where We Find Items: Most of our items are thrifted and pre-loved!
• Pet-Friendly Home: Our home is smoke-free and cat-friendly. However, our kitties are strictly barred from the shop room.
• Scent Sensitivity Warning: We use fabric freshener sprays, a scent diffuser, and dryer sheets (in bags to fight Indiana humidity). If you are highly sensitive to scents, we kindly suggest skipping our items.
• Pet Safety: Most of our plush toys contain internal plastic bean pellets. They are not safe for pets.

• General Condition: Items may have scuffs, marks, or loose threads from play. Stuffing firmness can vary.
• Tags & Labels: Sewn-in tags are attached unless noted. Any paper hang tags are not mint and may have price stickers, sticker residue, or wear and creasing. Patterns and tag generations can vary if we have multiples. 
• Sound Boxes: Sewn-in sound boxes may have drained batteries.
• Dolls: Doll hair may contain product, or need brushing and styling. (Note: Dress forms and display stands are for photos only and are not included).
• Kids Meal Toys: These remain sealed in their original plastic packaging unless noted as OOP out of package  (packaging may be crinkled).

• Electronics: To prevent dangerous battery leakage during transit, all electronics ship without batteries included.
• Books & Media: Books may show minor shelf wear, previous owners' names, or text highlighting.

• 14-Day Returns: We accept returns within 14 days.
• Let Us Make It Right: We look very closely at our items, but we are human and can occasionally miss a flaw. Please message us before leaving feedback so we can immediately fix it for you! Positive feedback is auto-returned to our wonderful buyers.
