Product details
SICK WT18-3P410 photoelectric proximity sensor, order code 1025889. The infrared 870 nm LED and background suppression detect objects while reducing influence from a background behind the target.
Specified nominal range is 50–700 mm; the maximum range is 10–700 mm on a 90% reflective white target. Actual performance depends on the target. Complementary PNP light/dark outputs support up to 100 mA, with response below 700 µs and switching frequency up to 700 Hz.
The ABS housing has PMMA optics. Catalogue weight is approximately 40 g; operating temperature is −40 to +60°C. Verify the complete model, connector pinout, range, mounting space and control-system requirements before purchase. Isolate equipment before wiring and installation.
Manufacturer safety information: Read the attached SICK operating instructions before use. Installation, connection and adjustment are for trained specialists. This sensor is not a machinery safety component. Connect only with the supply switched off, protect it from moisture and contamination during commissioning, and do not modify it. Follow the manual for the correct pin assignment and supply protection; its UL application instructions specify NFPA 79 and a 1 A fuse suitable for 30 V DC.
