This is an amazing, rare vintage Jaeger Jumper, hand knitted in Great Britain in 100% chunky cream wool.  Featuring beautiful and varied knitting styles with embroidery, floral appliques and pom-poms on the front, back and arms. The hems are ribbed and scalloped, the high crew neck is also ribbed and scalloped. The design is long line and the detail is quite exquisite. The cuffs are slightly tapered creating a gentle balloon effect to the dropped shoulder sleeves. It's a weighty 725 grams, incredibly soft and cosy, a lot of skill has gone into the making of this jumper.

It has been lightly used and well looked after, it has two small colour-matched repairs pointed out in the close-up photos, the odd bobbling and occasional variation in the knit due to being hand knitted and not factory produced.
