This reel appears in working order. The knob moves the cylinder smoothly, it moves up and down to distribute the line evenly as it should. The reverse leaver changes the direction. All in all it's in good condition. There are some usage wear scratches that sort of thing and the bolt in reel handle is starting to rust but it isn't weak. I believe this is common on this style where it was designed to get wet and they included a bolt that isn't water resistant. What's pictured is what's included.
