A LARGE 8 inch tall rectangular-shaped clear-glass antique OWL DRUG CO bottle. What is unique about this bottle is the older one wing - off centered owl that is embossed on it but the bottle is the newer machine made bottle. Unlike all the rest of the newer machine made that have the newer perfectly centered two wing owl on them, this one IS a newer machine made bottle but has the older 1 wing bird embossed on it. It is just the opposite of the other rare Owl Drug bottle that are older bottles with newer birds on them, this is a newer bottle with an older bird on it. Got all that? This is an ORIGINAL ANTIQUE Cork Top bottle with a tooled cork top, ca. early 1900's.

Bottle embossed on back shoulder: "The Owl Drug Co." Then on the front of the bottle it is embossed with a picture of a LARGE owl perched on a druggists' mortar, stirring a pestle. The mortar is embossed with, "TODCo / TRADE MARK". TODCo = The Owl Drug Co.

Condition: This bottle is in NICE CLEAN condition. It has some cloudy content stain, traces of age wear, and NO cracks, chips, dings, damage, etc. The embossed owl is lightly smudged as every single one we've seen is.

Age: An ORIGINAL ANTIQUE blown-glass bottle (ABM) with a cork-top, ca. early 1900's.
