Offered is our 1st Native American/First Nation Small or Miniature this week:
This is a beautiful, expertly woven Northeastern Passamaquoddy Ash and Sweetgrass Basket, made by the talented basketmaker, Doug Moore. It is signed by him and dated 2007.
The basket measures 2 3/4" to top of ash ribbon on the lid and 2 1/4" at widest point.
Beautiful basket. Lid fits very snugly. One partially cracked tiny curl on bottom edge. Please see pictures.
Information about our auctions, shipping, etc:
*We will gladly combine orders to save you on shipping charges unless otherwise noted. Please email for a combined invoice before paying. Sorry, I can't combine collectibles and book/Magazine purchases.
*If you want me to hold items for the next week's auction, please contact me and wait to pay until the last auction ends. Then I'll send you a combined invoice. If you pay right away, I will NOT be able to hold your items due to Ebay's ship within 1-day after payment rule. Please tell me if you are waiting for next week's auction. If you don't communicate and don't pay, you will get an automated non-paying bidder notice from Ebay after 4 days. Thank you!
*I pack carefully and try to reuse materials to save on environmental impact. I often double-box items with smaller gift boxes collected from various thrift stores. Though I don't like styrofoam peanuts for environmental reasons, I have found they are the best at protecting fragile items against damage during shipping. I reuse all that I receive and hope you will make use of the ones that come in your packages.
*Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns. We are proud of our 100% feedback rating and want to make sure our customers are happy. Thank you!
